Nope, I don't get the wimpy little 2-disk version. I'm waiting for the extended version.

I'm going to buy it from Best Buy today. The first 120 people get a free Entertainment Weekly special collector's edition all about LOTR.

Of course, I'll be buying the extended edition as well to complete my collection!

Will buy it at work tonight. We have both copies for the first two, and will for this one as well. If they add anything extra, we will probally buy the boxed set as well. It was so neat to set the movies out last night after we closed. I was practically giddy just holding it!!!!!

I will get it during my lunch break... no where was open before I headed to work so I could get it then I just also got the FOTR & TT TE/WS a couple days ago since I didn't have both on WS.

And yes, I will be getting the ROTK on the extended edition as well... both are different and I want them both

I never made the time to see any of the LOTR films in the theater and I haven't watched the first two DVDs either. So it's not hard for me to wait.
