Anyone going right after school gets out in June?

Hi all,
We have our next trip planned for Sunday June 15th-18th. The kids will be out of school June 13th, so this gives us a day to recover and pack, and then we are off to the Disneyland Hotel! At first I wasn't sure how my husband would like leaving that day, as it is Father's Day--but when I asked him he said "what could be better? I will be spending the day at Disneyland with my kids!" so we went for it. We fly out early that morning (8:00 am flight) and should be at the Disneyland Hotel around 10:00 am). We will try to check in, but will probably have to have them store our bags until check in time, as they are usually never ready early there.

It just seems like a fun thing to look forward to for the end of the school year! Anyone else going then?

We will be going to the Napa Rose for dinner on Father's Day, and that should be fun too!

We're literally leaving as soon as school gets out at 11 am on June 6th. Our flight leaves at 2:45 p.m.!

You guys are funny! It is like the school bell rings and you are all out of there and off to Disney like a bat out of heck!

I am thinking it will be busy when we go, because I almost couldn't get reservations at the DLH when I booked it last month. The week we go is also the start of the high season--where the park is open till midnignt each night.

We went last year at the same time. You should have a great time. It was a little crowded, but totally manageable, and the weather was perfect. It was the best Father's Day I ever had!!

Last day here is June 4th school ends at 12:20 , the graduating 5th graders who have been friends since Kinder will go to lunch and then we hit the road! The car will be packed and ready by noon , I can't wait!

Heck ya! We homeschool, so our last day of school is May 30th. We'll be on the road June 1st to Disneyland!

We've done that a few times, even when he was in public school. It's a great way to kick off the summer!

Does anyone know of a photo pass share for early-mid June (I saw one for end of June - July)?

Well yes, but we aren't sure when yet. We may just go the first weekend of June and then again for the pin trading deal later that month, we haven't decided but I'm pretty sure that's what we will probably do. Or skip the first of the month completely but go for the Pin event.

We are heading down the 12th but taking our time and will be at disneyland starting the 14th. Our kids get out the 6th but we have to wait for my nephew to get out of school.

Sounds like there will be lots of us there around that time. We are doing Lunch at Blue Bayou for fathers day.

Last day for DS is June 4, but we're not heading to DL until June 14...weren't sure if we'd need to tack on any snow days to the end of the year when we were planning this trip back in late fall .

The kids are finished with school on May 20th @ 2:00pm. Our flight leaves at 12:40am on May 21st and we arrive in LA at 7:00am.

The last day of school for my kids is June 12th. We are leaving the morning of the 13th and will drive from the Portland OR area arriving on the 14th. Our first day in the park will be the 15th and we have 6 day hoppers!!! I can hardly wait and the kids have no clue (I hope!!!!)

June 12th is my daughter's last day, but it's just a half day so we're flying out from PDX that afternoon (no marathon driving for me!).

Wow. You guys get out late! We are out of school May 23, but we are taking a week off before vacation. I need time to organize my classroom for next year and get ready to go. We will be at Disney June 17th.

DS finishes up third grade on May 23 and we fly out for Disneyland on May 24. We can hardly wait!

We are doing the drive in June, but I do get to fly for my May Disneyland trip. Dh turned me down when I offered that we fly in June too. Silly boy. That's okay though, we are one of those families that love road trips.

Oldest DD graduates on May 30th and younger DD and I don't get out until June 6th . I am also going to spend part of the next week preparing materials for next school year

We will drive (yes, we are another family who loves the whole road trip thing)
down Saturday/Sunday June 14th/15th. Staying at CCI and will be in the parks the 16th - 19th. Father's Day dinner at RFC
