Anyone going right after school gets out in June?

Talk about getting out of school late.... my kids get out on June 24th and we are leaving June 25th on an 8am flight!!

Oldest DD graduates on May 30th and younger DD and I don't get out until June 6th . I am also going to spend part of the next week preparing materials for next school year

We will drive (yes, we are another family who loves the whole road trip thing)
down Saturday/Sunday June 14th/15th. Staying at CCI and will be in the parks the 16th - 19th. Father's Day dinner at RFC

Congrats to you DD!! My oldest graduates in 2010 and I know that time is going to go by fast I am SO looking forward to this family vacation!! It's such quality time! Great memories it will make!

My son is graduating preschool on May 13th and turning 5 right afterwards. I am a teacher and our last day is May 28th. We leave on a 6:30 am flight the next day. I am taking my son (leaving hubby and 18 month old daughter at home) to visit my sister in Orange County. Seaworld, Disneyland and the beach. He is soooo excited. Its just a little primer to get him ready for our Disneyworld trip in February!

we leave on the 5th. The last day of school is the 3rd but when we were planning we weren't sure if there was going to be another snow day which would have added to the school year. I have a home daycare with teacher's kids so have to work till at least the last day of school.

We're heading out June 6th as soon as the kids are done with school....might even get them out a bit early.

Count us in. DD and DH last day at school is June 6. June 12-14 we'll be in San Diego. June 15-18 at DL June 19 at Santa Monica then back to San Diego until the 24th. Staying at HOJO.

I'm sure that time of year is going to be busy, but does anyone know how busy it normally is then?

I hope to. My sixteenth birthday is coming up, so I went and asked for a trip to Disneyland with my best friend (of 11 years) as my present. Right now it's the dreaded "we'll see." So, who knows? I hope to go as soon as I can--school lets out June 4th for me, and I'm hoping to leave for California that Friday and spend the weekend, and maybe Monday, there.

I hope it happens!
