Anyone going May 2009???

I am thinking the first week in May would be a perfect time to visit WDW. I have been stressing about the "when" for a few weeks now. I was planning for January, but then decided that I didn't want to chance the weather.... I would like to swim and be somewhat warm on our trip. From what I read on these boards, May is good weather and decent crowd level ??? Having fun in the planning stage right now!!!

I have been in January, and it can be quite cold! We went the last week of January a couple of times. I can remember wearing jackets and not swimming at all. May is a much better, all around, time of year to go if you ask me! We went the 2nd week of May 2006. While we did see several school groups, we never waited more than 15 minutes for ride.

We're going to be there May 3-9. We've been in August which was too hot for us, and January which was too cold to really enjoy the pool, so I'm hoping May is just right!

We are going to wdw next May as well, we re actually getting married there too . I cant wait, we ll be staying at Poly before the wedding & at the start of our honeymoon & then transferring over to POFQ. We will be out there for 20 nights of Disney magic

We re also going to wdw in exactly 8 weeks today

congratulations we spent part of our Honeymoon at POFQ and had a great time.the carriage ride was very relaxing and romantic for us. the jacuzzi however as with most places I've been to in WDW is never. Unless its private.

We're planning our May 09 trip right now! We are a family of "5" now that dd turned 3, so we are having trouble selecting a reaort. We love AKL for the zero entry pool, direct bus service, and price. Any suggestions??

We are planning a Grand Gathering trip May 2-9 2009! I think we will be 17 people strong! I hope I don't lose my mind trying to plan this! LOL

Still thinking May 1-7 for us! AsMusic will be our choice for a hotel. Probably spring for preferred. Heard the foodcourt is being rehabbed, hope someone can post some pictures of it soon In trying some "new" activities we are interested in the Mini golf. Any thoughts on the best way to get there? Anyone actually book a package yet?
