That works for me. I don't have anything planned after lunch at the Yacht Club, although I may go back over to the Studios afterwards. I can definitely be back at Epcot in time for the 8:15 concert. I will say that I'm not big on standing in line for a really long time for the concert--does everyone think 7:30 would be okay? If so, any ideas about a good, specific, landmark nearby where we could gather? It looks like there's a DVC booth just outside Liberty Inn that shouldn't be crowded, but there may be something better. We might want to exchange cell phone numbers (by PM or email) at some point.

I looked again and my ADR is at 6:00 at Chef's. Meeting at 7:30 might be tight but I will certainly try. I'd be happy to exchange cell phone numbers by PM.

The concerts are usually busy....at least that has been my experience but you can hear the music from quite a distance... so even if we are not in the Pavillion we can enjoy the music, cocktails and meeting fellow Dis-nuts. They usually last around a half hour.

Depending on how crowded it is we can figure out another place to congregate. I (being 20) will opt out of cocktails, but I'm sure DBF will certainly jump on that idea. I'd be willing to PM once we have a confirmed list of people who'd like to meet up!

Is there somewhere between France and the American Adventure where we could meet? Since poohhappy1 and nemo32 are dining at Chef's, should we try to meet closer to France at 7:45-8:00? It wouldn't bother me not to be in the pavillion for the concert. We could just have a drink and listen to the music, then get in position for IllumiNations for those who can stay. Any thoughts on where to meet and get a drink? How are we going to find each other? Obviously, I've never done this before

Well, for drinks there is the Yakitori House in Japan, which has wine and draft beer. Or there is Marakesh in Morocco, which has the same plus some variety. Both are counter service and have seating.

Perhaps the arch/gate in front of Japan is a landmark we could meet at? Not hard to miss.

And perhaps we'll spot each by wearing lime green? I'll have my lime green baggallini. And if all else fails, numbers will be exchanged.

Karen and I are hard to miss...she is in a wheelchair and has a big yellow lab service dog... and I'll be the one with them wearing the biggest smile on my face just being in "my Happy Place!"

Also, I will be there from May 2-10 solo, so if any of you would like to meet up before (or after) the planned 6th meet, please PM me for my cell number. While "solo" Disney trips have there advantages, Disney is best when shared.

This will be my first time meeting up with folks, too... I am so pleased, and appreciate each of you for reaching out.

I enjoy all the parks, rides, attractions, water parks, food... you name it.

Also, I will have a vehicle if anyone needs/wants transportation. Again, just PM me for my number!
