Anyone going in early January?

We'll be at BCV Jan 3rd through 11th. Bringing my brother for his first ever WDW experience! Should be a blast!

We love going in January - low crowds, and a nice break from winter in Pennsylvania! It does get cold sometimes - but it's still warmer than back home!

Count me in! We will be there Jan 8th to Jan 13. Before that, we are doing a family Disney Cruise. I can't wait!

We went over MLK holiday last year. Weather was cool in morning, some rain, but definitely nice (about 65-70° high). We'll be at BWV starting Jan. 3 and are looking forward to cooler times at the parks. (We just returned today from OKW. HOT! HUMID! Not nearly as much fun for us. YMMV.) BTW, we also wanted to go in December rather than January, but the friends we promised to take preferred not to go during the holidays, so we will be waiting til Dec. 2005 for all of the Christmas festivities.

We'll be at SSR on 1/8-1/14 and taking my folks from Nebraska as a surprise Christmas gift. Sssshhhh - don't tell them (LOL)!!

We will be at OKW the first 3 weeks starting Jan 2nd. If you see someone sitting up by the docks with the sun shinning on him in a near catatonic state looking just happy to be in the warmer weather that will be me.

We are going January 23-30, and staying at SSR. We were in DW at this time last year and there were no crowds and the weather was gorgeous. It was mid to upper 60s each day and not a drop of rain. We went in May and the crowds were much greater and it was much warmer and more humid. I really hate the high humidity and can't imagine what the summer months are like. As long as the school schedule will allow, we will continue to go in January.

Anyway, despite the fact that there are no holiday decorations, you will certainly enjoy your January trip...and besides, you'll be in Disney!!!

We will be at CB from the 7th-9th then moving to SSR from the 9th-15th. DW is doing half marathon with some DIS friends. We were coming back originally on the 13th but decided to add a couple of nights because the International Builders Trade Show will be going on 13th-16th at convention center.

Glad to hear Christmas decorations may still be up. We love going during early Dec and will miss that this year because of Jan trip. Sounds like we will get best of both Worlds

Unfortuantely mid January for us. Hopefully the 12th to the 23rd.

I certainly can sympathise about missing CP and all the other holiday festivities.

We'll be there the 7-14 for the marathon. It's a nice time to go. The weather up here in New England is not great, the weather down there is nicer, some of the Christmas decorations are still up, it's not real crowded.
It's one of our favorite times!

We're booked in a studio at SSR for Jan 2 - 7! It is kind of a "maybe" trip. Keeping my fingers crossed that we make it. I so want to see the decorations, or at least what's left of them!

I will be going the first week of January, from the 1st to the 8th. Wanted to go for my b-day (Jan. 3). Staying at SOG. I heard this is one of the best times to go b-c it's not too hot, not too cold (although a little chilly at night) and there's hardly anyone there! Can't wait to go! A little more than 5 months to go! I'm still working on my schedule. Not as easy as I thought! I'm currently attending college to obtain my degree in Mgmt Information Systems but I'm thinking of just becoming a Disney planner. It would be so much more fun!

We have a DVC check in date of January 15 and check out February 10, 2005. It will be our fifth stay in the Beach Club Villas since September of 02. Looking forward to meeting some of you.

We'll be at BWV from December 28 - January 3 -- first time ever going to WDW during the Christmas holidays -- really looking forward to seeing the decorations!
