Anyone go to Ladies workout express?

Hey gang. There's this new gym opening up and Im wondering if any of you all know anything about Ladies Workout Express? Ive tried the workout. Youve got to join for 1-3 years and Id sure feel better about deciding if Id gotten feedback on it......

I joined a few months after DS was born because it was right down the street and my MOL lived in my bldg and could watch baby for me to run up there, but since then many changes, so I rarely get up there unfortunately. We moved and my work relocated so I have a longer commute now. Their hours aren't super convenient to me now, but that probably varies with each individual location. If you think you can work out a schedule and stick with it, then go for it, I have friends that love it, but our location doesn't really have weekend hours which is when my DH is around to watch DS and I can have some alone time, so not extacly working for me.

Sorry to not have a ton of feedback for you, but my suggestion would be to examine the hours to see if it works for you. If not, then not worth the $.

The only thing I've heard about them is that they are using what machines Curves used 2 generations ago (Curves has upgraded their machines 2 times since those machines came out).

I do belong to Curves, and I love it, so I will sing their praises...

I know that with Curves if you join 1, in essence you are joining all of them everywhere, so you can work out even when traveling. I'm not sure if Ladies Workout Express has that option or not.

Yes you can go to any of them. The curves in my area has crummy hours, so I havent really looked into them.

But since they sound the same, can you all tell me if in the long term it keeps working.......

IM just concerned with a regular gym you can take classes and vary your workout if you get stale...I am a creature of habit though, so if this works in the long run, its cool.
