Ok I got off work early today and I am off tomorrow. Wife gets off at 1pm. I am thinking of driving down to Disney for the night and tomorrow. How much of a zoo are the parks? How about the water parks?

Talk about a spur of the moment trip. But it has been 2 months and I am jonesing bad.

we went just this past weekend (8/5-8/7) Stayed at Saratoga springs. Other than the parks being pretty hot (welcome to Florida!) I'd have to say that everything was pretty calm. We got a PS (or whatever its called now) for Chef's D' France calling only about 2 hours before. Didn't have to wait. Didn't really notice alot of people. The rides we went on were pretty much either just a few minutes wait or we fast-passed without too long of a return time. We generally tend to relax while we're there and just didn't really notice huge crowds at either MGM or Epcot (the only two parks we went to)

Have a great trip.

We were there this weekend too... it really wasn't THAT bad. We went to MGM and Epcot on Sunday. Walked right onto Test Track & Mission Space around 9:30am. We walked right onto Tower of Terror at 11am too. Got a ps for San Angel 2 hours before going. So overall, not too bad.

We were there two weekends ago for a quick weekend trip 7/29-8/1 and I have to say I was really surprised at how NOT crowded the parks were. I have never been in July and was expecting large crowds and crazy wait times. We did not have an ADR for anything except Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue and we called the Thursday befor we left and got seats for the 9:30 show. We only went to MK and MGM but on our MK day we walked right up to Crystal Palace and had our choice of three prime lunch seating times. The longest wait we had for a ride was 20 minutes but we were able to use fast pass and take advantage of getting there when the park opened and we walked on alot of the attractions :) Good luck with your trip and I hope that you have a magical time :wizard:
