Anyone get this from their hotel before? Holiday card...

We stayed at the AKL Concierge for our honeymoon in end of April-beginning of May. We had an amazing trip!!!!

Well Yesterday in the mail we received a gorgeous picture of the Lobby decorated for christmas attached to a nice card that wished us happy holidays on behalf of the AKL staff. This was SUCH a wonderful surprise!

Is this something that they normally do - we have never gotten one before?

yep! we got one last year (we stayed AKL concierge last september for our honeymoon too) and and we just recieved 2 cards from them this week (we're staying there THIS December for our December vacation - 2 rooms booked).

Edited to add - we stayed WL concierge during our honeymoon too...no card from them! AKL rocks!

Just got ours yesterday from AKL too. We stayed AKL Concierge in July of 2002 & 2003.
Beautiful photo of the tree in the lobby!
Stayed at Poly Concierge this May, have not received one from them. I am not sure if this policy is resort wide. The AKL Concierge calls us on our birthdays also.

Well, we know who Santa has on the top of his list.. AKL! We also received a card and I loved it so much I accidentally changed my January cheap trip reservations back to AKL! The tree is even more beautiful in person!

I'm not sure why we got one...but we received a beautiful Christmas card of Cinderella, the Prince and all their servants/mice/fairy Godmother in the castle one year. We did eat lunch there but not the breakfast so I don't know how they got our address...but we did happen to stay at AKL that year. And the next year we also got a card...just can't remember who was on it.

Maybe AKL has a magic touch!

We received ours the other day, too. We have received one every year since the Lodge opened. We adore the AKL. Season's Greetings, everyone.

Stayed there the last three years. We got our card yesterday from AKL. AKL concierge is the best in that respect.

We stayed there in 2002 for our anniversary and they've caled us the last two years wishing us a happy anniversary.

We look forward to our card from Poly concierge every year. It looks like AKL is really on top of things 'cuz we usually don't get our card until after the 1st of Dec.

We got ours a couple of days ago also. We stayed AKL Concierge during Feb 2003 and Jan 2004.

We've received cards from the AKL concierge for the last few years. Stayed there Dec 2001 & 2002. Makes me wish we were staying there this December trip too.
