Anyone get their Economic Stimulus check yet (aka-Going to Disney check?)

We were supposed to get ours by May 2nd and it was deposited on April 29th.
Leave for Disney in 30 days!!!

Sadly, mine will be a paper check, so I will have to wait until at least late June, but it was going for our December trip anyway, so It doesn't matter when I get it.

According to what I've seen online for our social security number it says it should be no later than May 2nd...I was hoping that meant before May 2nd!

Anyone else with a trip booked and waiting for the IRS to give you the money to pay for it?? Did anyone get their's yet?? I'm anxiously waiting and waiting!

I am glad to hear that I am not the only person that has renamed the stimulus checks, "going to Disney checks" !!!!
Our check hasn't got here yet, but it is going for our Disney Christmas trip and our first time staying on Disney property !!! I have ALWAYS wanted to see Disney at Christmas!! I can't wait!!

We're going 8/30 - 9/6 too!

My check is going into my savings for my trip (which is all paid off) but it never hurts to have a little extra to spend when you get there!

Ours has been in our account for a couple of days as pending, scheduled to be available tomorrow (5/2). However, we only got enough for one of us and our daughter. I'm not complaining, free money is free money, but I expected more. DH has put in a call to our tax preparer to see if maybe mine is coming later since my SSN is higher. Anyone know if they are separating them even though we filed jointly?

I am also supposed to be getting mine by tomorrow, so I can't wait! Even though we aren't going back to WDW until Jan 2009, we have all our $$ saved for it, but some of the $$ I get back from the stimulus, will definitely be going towards some spending money for our trip.

If you filed jointly it will go by the last 2 numbers of who's name is 1st on the tax form and go into a joint bank account (direct deposit) if thats how you requested it. ºOº

mine should be coming on the 9th - it is going to pay off the universal portion of the trip and the rest set aside for the hopes of paying for the illuminations cruise if i can get it

From what I understand if you fied married jointly you get one check. Plus extra money for each kid. I think for a married couple with one kid it is about $1500. And then up from there.
I will probably put our check in the bank and leave it there. We are buying a new house so I like the idea of having some slush funds. Our trip is already budgeted for. The mouse gets enough of our dough!
