I went down to my local McDonald's, and picked up the actual offer. It states "Disney's Value Resorts start at just $55.00/night*"
The offer does not specifically exclude any other level resort, i.e. moderate or deluxe.
If you are interested in a moderate, I would give CRO a call, and see if the the code BAP will work for mods.
Good Luck!

Thanks so much! This is the information I got from
www.mousesavers.com
"October-December Discount Code
For check-ins 9/30/04-12/25/04: ask for Code BAT and get special discounted rates at select Walt Disney World resorts. These discounts are supposedly not available for check-ins 11/10/04-11/13/04 and 11/23/04-11/27/04, but a few people have reported getting the discounts during those periods. Rates will vary by season. Some sample rates:
Value Resorts (All Stars and Pop Century) - $55 standard, Value season; $74 standard, Regular season
Moderate Resorts - $85 standard, Value season; $94 standard, Regular season
Wilderness Lodge - $149 courtyard view, Value season
Ft. Wilderness Cabins - $169, Regular season
Boardwalk/Beach Club/Yacht Club - $209 standard, Value season; $229 standard, Regular season
Grand Floridian - $259 garden view, Value season; $284 garden view, Regular season
Other resorts, room types and views are available at varying prices!
You must make your reservations by 10/10/04.
There is also a vacation package available that offers the same room rates but includes Ultimate Park Hopper tickets and other extras. Thanks to Small World Vacations for the info on this rate.
Code BAP, which is currently being promoted by McDonald's, is just a variant on Code BAT, but with more date restrictions. The big difference between these codes is that Code BAP is good for Ft. Wilderness campsites, while BAT is not. Otherwise, prices are the same and the rooms all come out of the same inventory, so in terms of room availability. The BAP promo states that the discount is not available for check-ins 10/17/04-10/20/04, 11/1/04-11/13/04 and 11/23/04-11/27/04. You must make your reservations by 10/10/04".
I will try to contact them and see what I can do. My hubby is doing work at Universal and his company has a $69 rate at the Sheraton City Walk. He loves Epcot and we were trying to see what the difference would be in a couple of days staying in Disney World. Not a total loss, but sure is easier to stay on-site when you are planning to see 2 parks in 1 day.
Again, thanks so much for the help!!
