Anyone get AKL concierge at 7 months?

Hi - I was wondering if anyone had success booking AKL concierge at 7 months? I am interested in the summer in a studio? What have your experiences been? thanks!

A friend was able to get 4 nights in a 1 bedroom in late June 2008 at the 7 month mark.

But wasn't that shortly after it opened??

Unless another member cancels their reservation that they made a 11 months out, I think it is going to be tough. Maybe a weekend night since they require more points.
