Anyone from NYC here? Channel 2 ?

What happened to the news in the morning on Channel 2?

I used to love watching Dave Price, Jim Ryan, Shon Gables and Mario Bosquez and Vanessa.

All of a sudden they all disappeared at once. I absolutely can't stand Maurice!

Does anyone have the scoop??

I know Dave left the show about a month ago. Pretty sure he still does the Early Morning Show, but just not the a.m. news before that. I think he went to Iran for a while in between - he should be back on the EMS soon.

Shon must have left soon after that. Don't know why. I lost interest when he left, since he was the one that "made" the news show for me.

I saw Vanessa doing the weather (not traffic) on UPN9 news last weekend.

I've gone back to watching channel 5 in the morning. At least they joke around a little. I never cared for Maurice. I think channel 2 made a BIG mistake!!

I love Maurice. I'm very happy he is back on in the morning. To me he seems to have a lot of integrity and dignity, something I really like to see in a reporter. Easy on the eyes too .
