Hello

Im leaving tomorrow for a long weekend in Chicago...Just wondering where should I go ???? any suggestions from some natives to a tourist?? Thanks in advance

I am checking at the Mets at Wrigley Field Friday! (The reason for the trip)

Thanks again in advance for some tips and good sites to visit

I am from Chicago! Moved here 3 years ago! Some great places to go DOWNTOWN are Sears Tower, Hancock Tower, Field Museum is huge and great! WE, personally LOVE the Shedd aquarium! We are members there! If you are just looking for a couple of cool places to go briefly...a stroll down Michigan Avenue is great...all fabulous shops!!!! Anywhere along the Chicago River is spectacular! There is a fun and very cool Cheesecake Factory restaurant at the base of the Hancock tower that we have eaten at PLENTY of times! Chicago has a great downtown! I am from Dallas and it beats the socks off the downtown there...and, I am always partial to my hometown...GO COWBOYS!!!!

Cool Thanks so much!

Any cool bars or restaurants by wrigley you can recommend...

Yes, Shedd Aquarium is very fun.

Navy Pier is a great place too, and while you're there you can get a burger from Billy Goat. (yum :teeth:)

I wish I could be more help on that one! I am too old, and have ds2 and dd12, so I am not so familiar with that...I am in a close suburb, doing the suburban thang!:surfweb: :laundy:

Maybe someone else will know!!!!:cool1:
