Anyone found Steak Au Poivre anywhere other than STK?

Looking to get my steak au poivre fix on the next trip but I haven't seen the options anywhere other than STK.

I'd like to take my father in law somewhere while others in our party are out at but am worried STK will be like dining in an Abercrombie and Fitch with the purportedly loud music and clubby atmosphere. I've heard the music doesn't start until later but that's probably when we'd end up there.

I have Shula's as a backup but really want an Au Poivre option which Shula's does not offer.

Has anyone seen steak Au Poivre anywhere other than STK?

Not too fussy about the cut, it doesn't have to be strip steak necessarily, more concerned with the pepper crust and cognac-green peppercorn sauce.

Does anyone think STK won't be as bad as I'm thinking it will be, atmosphere-wise?

All the reviews Ive seen state the Music starts up at dinner and gets louder as the night goes on. ON top of that, They state there are speakers in the booths too which makes it even louder. We decided to forgo our ressie at 8:50pm for the loudness reason as well. I know you mentioned you would probably end up there late but if you could get an early dinner ressie it might not be too bad. In fact if our plans suit it we are going to try to get an earlier ressie ourselves in the fall but will have to try to fit it in with our other plans.

I've read that the second level is less noisy? I'm bringing my toddler for an early ish dinner so hopefully it won't be bad yet? :)

Allears list this at Chef's de France at Epcot -

Filet de boeuf grille, sauce au poivre vert Gratin Dauphinois et haricots verts - Grilled tenderloin of beef with green peppercorn sauce potato au gratin and green beans $35.99

But it is only listed on the dinner menu.

That's how I missed it! I checked CDF on the WDW website first and it must have been defaulted to the lunch menu! Thanks!

Bull & Bear has a wonderful cognac peppercorn sauce. Great restaurant experience all round. We have been to STK and noise is okay if you are at a table in the bar area or upstairs. Some of the upstairs tables are located inside and some on the patio.
