Anyone fly out of BDL(Delta) lately?

I'm flying out of BDL on Delta this Saturday for a 6:00AM flight. Does anyone know if it's still okay for my DH to drop me and my sister off in front of the Delta terminal? Also, can I go directly thru the security check point as I have E tickets and plan on carrying on my one bag? Last question-will getting there at 4:30am be early enough? I know the ticket counters don't open till then, but what about security checkpoints? Do I even need to be there 1 1/2 hours early?

Oops-another question:How "on-time" has Delta been lately? I have a connection in Cincinnati that has an hour between flights.

Yes you can be dropped off in front of the terminal. Yes, you can proceed directly to the security check point with your one carry on bag and you can get your boarding pass at the gate.
I would get there about 1.5 hours before your flight.
Delta is still having problems with cancelling, delaying and changing flights, I would call them or access your flight via the net.
