This is our first time flying with Jet Blue. We scheduled our flight several weeks ago - they said they are a ticketless airline but we would be getting an itinerary in the mail. We leave in 2 weeks and have received nothing. Should I panic yet? Is this normal or one of those travel nightmares coming true :sad2:

Hmm.. are you sure they said "mail" and not "e-mail"? No matter, really - all you ACTUALLY need is your government issued ID, and your flight number. If you have a printout, bring it. Have you tried calling JetBlue?

we booked with jetblue online and i was able to print out a confirmation showing the reservation number, passenger names, seat assignment (if you have your ressie # you can do this part yourself online) and the totals amount paid.

i hope this is enough once we are getting ready to board.
i will be calling then a couple of days prior to confirm it all!

We were part of a grand gathering flying on JetBlue from Syracuse, NY; Buffalo, NY; Boston & another flight from Boston. Most of the transactions were done on-line but several flights did involve phone calls to JetBlue for changes. I do not believe that anyone received any info from JetBlue via USPS mail, it was all via phone or email. You do want a confirmation number, so if you do not or did not receive any email confirmation from JetBlue, be certain to call them (1-800-Jet Blue) With the confirmation number we were able to checkin on line 24 hrs in advance, print our boarding passes & check our luggage. When we got to the airport(we flew from Logan in Boston) we just went to a baggage line where they checked the weight of the bags & tagged them. Very quick & easy. We stayed at a Disney resort so we were able to use the airline checkin desk at the resort for our return trip. They only needed airline, destination info & ids. We didn't even need a confirmation number there. Our bags were checked in right at the resort & we received regular boarding cards. It was all very easy.

My husband is the one who actually spoke to them so they may have said e-mail :confused3 Calling them is on our to do list for tonite. Thanks - I wouldn't have thought about the e-mail.

Go to www.jetblue.com
Click on "Manage Your Flight" in the toolbar at the top of the page.
Click the "Go" button under View Your Itinerary.
As long as you have your confirmation number, you type that, then your last name, then select your departure and arrival cities in the dropdown boxes,,, and click View Your Itinerary.

I just checked my flight (so I could type these directions :)) and the screen says "You will need to provide this confirmation number and government issued I.D. at check-in to receive your boarding pass". Simple.
