We were part of a grand gathering flying on JetBlue from Syracuse, NY; Buffalo, NY; Boston & another flight from Boston. Most of the transactions were done on-line but several flights did involve phone calls to JetBlue for changes. I do not believe that anyone received any info from JetBlue via USPS mail, it was all via phone or email. You do want a confirmation number, so if you do not or did not receive any email confirmation from JetBlue, be certain to call them (1-800-Jet Blue) With the confirmation number we were able to checkin on line 24 hrs in advance, print our boarding passes & check our luggage. When we got to the airport(we flew from Logan in Boston) we just went to a baggage line where they checked the weight of the bags & tagged them. Very quick & easy. We stayed at a Disney resort so we were able to use the airline checkin desk at the resort for our return trip. They only needed airline, destination info & ids. We didn't even need a confirmation number there. Our bags were checked in right at the resort & we received regular boarding cards. It was all very easy.
