Anyone flown with Canjet before?

We've got a flight to Florida coming up in a couple weeks on Canjet (no Disney this time though. ). I was wondering if anyone could tell me what features are included on the flight? On the Canjet website, they say that there's complimentary tea/coffee but everything else requires a fee. Is there a movie onboard? Thanks for any info!

We flew Canjet last July. Meal was included both ways (sandwich, fruit, vegs).

No movie, bring your own entertainment if you like, DVD Player, games etc.

We flew with them in May and direct was great. We brought a portable DVD player, but really the flight isn't that long and the energy on the plane is GREAT. Almost everyone onboard was heading to Disney, and the same folks were on our flight back. The only issue I had was our seats. It was first come, first seated (from what I could tell), so we were at the very back and the check in line went VERY slow since there were only 2 checking everyone in.

If you are flying out of either Quebec or Montreal, there is a chance you will be on one of their new 737's that has a video system.

Otherwise, I'm pretty certain all other flights do not have video.

We've actually flown with them twice, out of Halifax. Both times there was no video, and service was OK, certainly not top notch. But, it is a direct flight, really can't go wrong with direct, IMO.

We are also flying with them in 3 weeks for our next trip. I don't expect first class service, just a decent direct flight. I've never worried too much about what kind of service I'll recieve on a flight. It's a very small part of my vacation. But, that's just me.

Our flight time has already been changed.... I hope that's not a sign of things to come?? We usually fly Sunwing, but this time round Canjet was actually cheaper. Thanks again!

We had the same situation. That would have been our first time.

However, when I called to inquire, it was effortless to get the refund. However, I did panic and scramble to get new flights. And that was the first flight we had with continental. We have been flying continental ever since.
