Looking Like I Can't Really Afford To Go To Disney

We're flying on Sun Country next month for a last-minute trip we decided to take because they offered super cheap direct flights. I've flown on them to SFO a time or two in the last two years without issue, but wondering if anyone has an experience in taking them to Orlando.
It's not an airline that participates in RAC, so I know that we'll have to take our own bags back to the airport (no biggie...we had to do that on our last trip because we had a Southwest/Airtran combined itinerary). Other than that, is there anything to be aware of with a non-participating airline?
