Anyone flown Lufthansa recently?

After my TA screwed up my flights w/United (they were cancelled 5 days after I booked our tour w/o my knowledge - thank God I called the airlines themselves!!!) we've now been placed on Lufthansa. Leaving Philadelphia to Frankfurt, then Frankfurt to Heathrow. Just wondering how that airport is and the airline.

Thanks for any help you can give. I'm at my wit's end with this travel agent.
