Anyone familiar with Collingwood timeshare resorts?

Considering either Club Cranberry or Georgian Manor ( 1 bedroom/full kitchen) for 7 nights.

If anyone is familiar with either (or both) of these resorts wolud you mind letting me know your opinion.

We will be travelling there in off season (early May 2011) and are interested in a resort with a nice condo (have read that Georgian is almost finished a renovation so don't know if all the one bedrooms have been renovated or not) as well as on-site activities for a teen and a tween.

Any info. would be really appreciated.

IN terms of accommodations, Carriage Ridge is the nicest I have stayed at. Is Georgian Manor the one at the base of the Blue Mountain? Stayed there. Accommodations were older and smaller but nice to be in the village at Blue Mountain. Not much to do at either resort - not like a Disney resort where there are daily activities - there were none. Blue Mountain has a small indoor pool that also operates in the winter as you swim under a wall and it is very heated - that was cool. Both resorts have outdoor pools which were seaosnla so doubt will be open in May.

actually both of the resorts are about a 5-10 minute drive from the base of blue mountain. I have also stayed at Carriage Hills/Ridge and the condos are fabulous there. I am wondering about the condos/activities at Georgian Manor and Cranberry. I have read reviews on tripadvisor but they are mainly about the cheap weekends that you can visit for in enchange for attending a presentation. We will be coming in through RCI in a one bedroom condo so don't have to worry about attending a presentation if we choose not to.

Any info. on either of these resorts would be awesome.
