Anyone experiencing MDE problems?

Not sure where this post belongs but since it is MDE I'll start here.

I read on Facebook that some people are having problems viewing "My Plans" and FPs since sometime yesterday including losing FPs. This may be related to Disney's addition in MDE of the option to refuse Housekeeping.

I can see all "My Plans" on my phone but I cannot see anything on my MDE "My Plans" on my laptop. All I get is the 'spinning circle' around the Mickey FP icon using Chrome on my laptop. I can see plans though if I use Incognito mode in Chrome on my laptop.

So far I think I lost a FP+ at AK for my first park day but other FPs are there. Should I be calling Disney IT?

Anyone else seeing this?

Quite often FPs or members of my family will not show up on MDE. They eventually re-appear. It can be a pain, but nothing has ever been "lost" for good.
I use chrome on my laptop too, and the disney sites don't always work well for me on chrome. When that happens, I switch to explorer and that works much better.

Thanks for reassurance! I will try Explorer and try not to go into 'panic mode' since my trip starts tomorrow!
 
I am experiencing the same issues using Chrome when trying to view my plans. It just spins and never shows up. I used Firefox and Explorer and was able to view it fine. I can also see my plans using my phone... but for some reason Chrome is not working.

Did you lose any FPs?
 
I've been able to view most pages of the site in Firefox, including My Plans. But I've had trouble over the last couple days with loading pages for making new reservations for dining, activities, etc.
 
I had the email regarding rescheduling of a FP to a weird time in the early hours as well. (but it hasn't changed in MDE)
 
From the day it was released, there have been problems. Some days it works well, some days it doesn't.
Everyone hopes someday, they will fix it and have it work all the time. But that day is not today.
 
I also had odd e-mails. 2 in fact. One stated there was a problem with my BTM fp another with my PP. Both stated I needed to resolve before Oct 31 or loose the FP. I received the e-mails Nov 15. When I checked the FP were fine
 
Not being able to see FP is not loosing FP.
There are issues displaying plans on a daily basis. It's normal MDE crap. Not due to the recent up date.
 
I had that issue as well. Our trip started today and they reappeared in MDE today. All our FPs worked fine (our party was split between MK and AK and no one in either group had issues) . One thing to note - when they are in MDE, screen shot, screen shot, screen shot! That way you know the exact times in case they vanish when you need to check and, if there are any issues, you can show it to a CM if you need assistance. Everything seemed to show on our cards fine - no issues scanning at any of our FPs so I think it is just MDE. We’ve also had a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique res that’s been disappearing and reappearing in MDE over the past couple weeks. Definitely panicked the first time I signed in and it was missing!
 
Not sure if this has been shared here but if you signed up for Disney+ and used a different password than your mde password using same email then you must change the password on mde.
For example i used my same email as mde but added a symbol to the Disney+ and then mde wasn't letting me sign in, i just had to use the new password
Also people are reporting accounts being hacked through Disney+ so be aware of that and those weird emails some of you are getting, it could be related
 
Today is my fastpass day and no matter what I try (pc,phone,tablet), it will not show me dates beyond 18 December, and I do not arrive until 17 January, so I guess I am losing out on some good fastpasses :mad:

You can screen shot the FP for your reference (quick tip too, make it your lock screen image, so it's quick to check times) but CM at the attraction will not likely accept a screen shot as proof of your FP. Too many do that, then change the FP, attempting to fake things to get double FP. A screen shot doesn't tell the CM you still had that FP, just that you booked it at one time. Some may possibly accept it but they aren't supposed to.
