My DD and her DH just found out they're going to have a baby, after doing a home pregnancy test. Great news!! Everyone is thrilled!! But, she has been experiencing some cramping so they went to the doctor yesterday and "just to rule out" a tubal pregnancy they sent her for an ultrasound which she had this morning. The baby is where he/she should be, so we are very, very thankful for that. But, she won't get the full results of the ultrasound for a "few days" so we don't yet know why she's having some cramping.
I was just wondering if any of you here had cramping early on in your pregnancy, and if you did, what was the cause? I had two children and never had cramping with either of my pregnancies.
Trying not to worry, but it's hard not to when you "don't know..."

They've been married almost 4 years and I've been so anxious to get a grandbaby out of 'em (but I kept my nose out of their business and never said anything). She's only 5 weeks along and I can hardly wait until it gets here!!!
. I hope all works out well for your dd.
It just helps to know what she is experiencing sounds like a normal thing, and hopefully it will prove to be "nothing to worry about." Thanks, all!
