Anyone exercise Wednesday 1/28?

:wave: I got in 50 minutes of cardio and that is about it. I was up all night due to the neighbors dog and that is all that I could muster today.

Next?
 
Hi Tiggerlover and all you WISHers! I did The Firm's Cardio Sculpt this morning.:)
 
i did 40 mins pilates and yesterday/today's 8 mins in the morning exercises (forgot AGAIN yesterday!!)
 
15 minutes on the elliptical machine (as warm up) and then lifted weights (legs).
 

30 minutes on the treadmill this morning along with some crunches and squats. I feel so much better when I exercise, I wish that I could remember that feeling when I am looking for excuses not to hop on.
 
I did the FIRM Complete Aerobics and Weight Training. I am also going to go out and snow tube with the kids. I will get a workout from the hill as well! Good job everyone!
 
I did my FIRM cardio video for 30 minutes this morning. I felt good all day!
 
I posted on yesterday's exercise thread that it was my 5th day on WATP 1 mile but, today was day 5. :o I ordered the 2 mile tape today....I'm ever hopeful. ;)
 
I did the 3 mile WATP, finally, I have been saying for awhile now that I should increase from the 2 mile. Hopefully I can keep up with the 3 miles.
 
I did 35 min on the gazelle & 15 min strength training exercises. I've been good about exercising, but bad about posting about it lately. I'll try to do better with posting. I've been exercising 5-6 days/week for quite a while now. :sunny:
 
I did 2 miles on the Gazelle....getting my speed up a little!!


More ice scrapping off my car yesterday morning too (good arm and upper body workout, right ::yes:: )
 
Another 3 mile run in the freezing temps after dark with a buddy for me (brrr....if it has to be this cold why doesn't it just snow and look pretty). Also did some TTapp exercises, some extra crunches, and some rough housing with the girls! Thursday's my off day, have to take DD(5) to dance class does trying to keep up with my new walker (DD(10 months)) count as exercise it's exhausting ::yes::

Two workouts for me, 40 minutes of jogging (2.8 miles) in the morning, and a Curves workout in the evening.
 
I did the beginner pilates routine and shoveled snow for about 10-15 minutes
