I only did the one mile muscle WATP tape, I worked until 7:00pm did not get home until 8:00 so by the time dinner was done and everthing I had zero energy. I figure a mile with weights added was better than nothing.
I agree and, that's all I did, too. I started coming down with something and, it's all I could manage to get one mile done. I'm afraid today's gonna be the same thing.
