Anyone exercise on Wednesday the 11th?

I only did the one mile muscle WATP tape, I worked until 7:00pm did not get home until 8:00 so by the time dinner was done and everthing I had zero energy. I figure a mile with weights added was better than nothing.
 
I did the FIRM Maximum Cardio Burn and ran 7 times up and down the stairs.

At least you did something, one mile after all that is great. Keep up the good work.
 
I did my 1 hr FIRM Cardio Sculpt workout again - I'm actually starting to tell a difference in my jeans! :Pinkbounc :bounce:
 

I did my workout at Curves yesterday
 
I really wanted to today, but I was just too sick to get up enough energy to do so.
 
Way to move everyone! I did WATP 4 Mile Super Challenge yesterday. Tiggerlover, I hope you're feeling better soon!:sunny:

I did the beginner pilates routine.
 
Two workouts for me, jogging for 40 minutes in the morning, and Curves after work.

Keep it up, one and all!

I agree and, that's all I did, too. I started coming down with something and, it's all I could manage to get one mile done. I'm afraid today's gonna be the same thing.:(
 
Did my 1 mile WATP no weights for a light workout. Skipped pilates. AF has arrived and i really didn't feel like going through the whole shebang.
