 I managed to get in a little over an hour today between my cardio and some free weights for my arms. It was a good workout, I upped my intensity level and could really feel the burn, so I am happy.

Who else exercised on Monday?

I did about 25 mins of toning exercises with my pilates band, including Day 8 of 8 mins on the morning. Then I had planned on doing a WATP workout; but I really wanted to watch Dr. Phil. So I thought, I can just do my own walking routine and watch Dr. Phil -- so I did my own in-home walking routine for about 40 mins and I was sweating so I figured it was adequate.

I actually have some achiness in a few muscle groups so that's good news. Bad news - i'm procrastinating this morning's workout!!

Well, Monday started a new beginning for me. I have not exercised much since the holidays rolled in.....so it was time to get back in the swing. We got a treadmill for Christmas, so i am putting it to use!
Monday morning I walked/ran two miles. :) I plan to do that 4 days a week and do my Pilates 4 times a week.

Did a 7AM session at Curves. It helps start the day.

I did my 2 mile WATP dvd and I walked outside for 2 miles

I only managed 1 mile on the Gazelle last night....not the 2 miles I've been doing, but better than nothing!

I did the FIRM cardio video for 30 minutes. I am proud to say I wasn't even that winded from it. I hope to be able to move up to the entire video, if I can get up even earlier than I do in the mornings.

I did 1 mile on the treadmill. I think next week I'll try to go for 1.5 miles.

I did my WATP 1 mile tape with weights yesterday and then a Pilates cool down. A good way to spend a stuck inside.

Well, I didn't do too much, but I got some in. I usually do a Firm tape, but I wanted to watch Las Vegas last night on NBC. So I compromised and used my stepper. I HATE my stepper. I've had it for about 10 yrs and if I've used 50 times, that would be a high estimate. Any how, I lasted about 8 min. I was aiming for 10, but my legs were killing me!!!:(
Tonight I want to watch American Idol, so I may have to get on the evil stepper again! Man I wish my DH had bought me a treadmill way back when instead of the stepper!

I ventured out in freezing rain to go to Curves. It was my first time since last Monday because I was sick last week. I took it a little easier but it sure did feel good to get back to it.

Two workouts for me, 40 minutes of jogging in the morning, and a Curves workout in the evening.

3 miles on the treadmill...and it was at an angle.

Still working on my 1 mile WATP video. I'm slow but, persistent. :o

I did Firm's Complete Aerobics & Weight Training, finishing about five minutes before we lost power because of an ice storm! Our power just came back on (@ 30 hrs. later--how did the pioneers do it?!), and I'm happy to be DISing again!:sunny:

We had really nasty weather yesterday.......

It seemed like something was trying to put roadblocks in my way. I went to Curves anyway, and it felt great to sweat!!

1 hour dance lesson and tried some of the moves with the cd of OUATIM
