Anyone ever visited Cabo on their DVC pts?

Thinking about going to Cabo San Lucas in May 09 and staying at Villa del Palmar. Anyone been to this resort? Or can you recommend another? How many points for a week in a one bedroom or a two bedroom? Is it pretty hard to get a reservation in Cabo? Do I need to call right on the 7 month timeframe? As always, thanks for the help!

I just stayed at the sister resort Villa del Palmar in Puerto Vallarta last week with friends who own there through Interval International. It was in no way even comparable to DVC. The rooms were old and worn, but clean. If the resort in Cabo is anything like this it is not a good trade for DVC points.

I know there are several places online to check out reviews of different resorts- I would do my dilligent research before trading.
