Anyone ever used the gold package @ WDW for their honeymoon?

I used the gold ad on went i went in april to the world. has anyone every used this for their honeymoon? Just want to get an idea of how much to save.

I inquired about this when I was making my reservation and my travel agent said that it probably wasn't the best deal for what I was wanting to do. I think that it is pretty much different for everyone. If you are going to take advantage of every aspect of it, then, yes, it is probably a good deal, but if you aren't, it may be best to just do everything yourself. I think that you will have to sit down and really consider it. If you liked it the last time you used it, then go for it! I think it would make for a less hectic time. You wouldn't have to worry about money as much while you were there. If you are like me, you may think twice every time you go to get something if you don't have the plan. That is one of the reasons I thought about getting it. It would be nice not to have to worry about how much money you are spending while you're there.

We are doing the Gold Plan when we go on our Honeymoon in July, and I felt the same way! This way we don't have to try to ration our moey so that we get souveniers and food. FH's mom is paying and she said 'I don't want you all worrying about food money, and have to save a ton of money when you are already saving enough for your house and things.' So we went with the Gold Plan and are staying at AKL.. I can't wait!!
