They have the lowest price on the camera I am looking into purchasing for my upcoming Disney trip, but I haven't been able to find any info on the company or any costumer experiences. Anyone around here heard of them or bought through this company/website?

This seems to be one of six different names this company uses. Here is the link to their rating with ResellerRatings.Com ResellerRatings. Of 94 feedbacks over the past 6 months it appears that they have a satisfaction rating of 0.64/10. Run - as fast as you can, in the direction of Adorama, B&H, Beach Camera, etc.

If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

I made the mistake of ordering something from a seller that had the lowest price also. Right away I got phone calls from the company harrassing me to buy more than what I ordered. I cancelled the order, but was worried because I'd read (after the fact) that this particular company was sending products out anyway to those cancelling orders, removing the UPC codes so you couldn't return them. I made some phone calls to VISA and FedEx to see what recourse I had if I got products sent after cancellation, but fortunately, it never happened.

Long story short, it was a PIA. Stick with the reputable guys. Trying to save a few bucks isn't worth the potential hassle.

Thanks guys, I think I'll just buy the camera locally or order from an electronics store I know since at least I know they are a real company and not trying to scam anyone. I guess it's better to use pay a little extra if nothing else but for the piece of mind.

Check Buydig, Beach Camera, B&H, and Adorama. They are all reputable online places. As with any purchase like a camera, be sure to understand all refund/exchange policies wherever you buy. Even some B&M stores will have restock fees on non-defective returns.

I buy most of my gear from my favorite local camera store because I try to support locally owned businesses, but as others have said, B&H, Adorama and Buydig/Beach are all high quality operations. I ordered some filters from B&H yesterday evening and I've already received a notice that they were shipped. B&H's prices are not typically the lowest but they are almost always competitive, and their shipping charges are reasonable too.
