anyone ever used storytime?

what a great looking place, and the price is not bad either!

Did you try doing a search ? Put in storytime windsor hills

There was some problems until they changed their management company and since then everything seems to be good.

I am staying there again this year in September . This will be my second year with them. We loved our experience . Elia's and Tanya were super sweet and helpful with our gazillion questions . The townhouse was decorated great and had everything. One time when we went to get into the townhouse the lockbox didnt work because it must thought we checked out. We added on extra days at the end so it was a simple mistake and quickly fixed. What was remarkable is when I called the owners while standing outside the door , they gave me a new code and we were in the door in seconds. I never had any problems reaching them and they were always prompt in returning my call / email's.

I wouldnt hestitate to stay with them at all. I will do a trip report this year when I get back . When do you plan on booking for?

BTW the Windor Hills resort itself is very nice as well .

We just returned last Sunday from 8 nights/9 days in Storytime. This was our first time offsite and we would not hesitate to rent from Storytime again. We had a beautiful townhouse (#3) and the pool, although small, was perfect for our small family. Our DD8 even preferred the small pool to the community pool. The home was very clean, well decorated, every possible convenience was available, we were close to the clubhouse and we had a fabulous stay there. Highly recommend it!
