Anyone ever use undercover tourist for tickets?

I really don't know if this is the right plase to post this question and sorry if I got it wrong. Couldn't quite figure out where it went. Anyway, just wondering if anyone has ever used Undercover Tourist to buy MYW tickets. There link is provived on the Mousesavers site and was just wondering about anyone's experience with them. We've always bought through Disney itself but have just become new DVC members and will be taking more trips. There ticket prices are lower than the advance purchase prices from Disney. Thanks for any tips.

I've used them twice (one time being a few weeks ago) and always had excellent service!! No problems. I also used the mousesaver's link and it was the cheapest price I could find. It's always nice to be able to save a buck at Disney

I highly recommend them. I purchase our tickets in October from them, had them in a week.
