Anyone ever use the BBQ's at their Resort Hotels

We always see people using the outdoor BBQ's at Saratoga and Bonnet Creek but have never done this ourselves. We will be there for 3 weeks from Friday and determined to spend a little more time at the pool so thought we might try this a few times.
Just wondered if anyone had any recommendations where to buy good meat from. I have never even noticed the meat counter in the supermarkets over there before.

We've not done it, so can't really be of any help.

But we saw a group setting up to BBQ at the Boardwalk quiet pool one day while we were sunbathing there and it seemed a lovely idea.

Never made a meal on holiday, always eat out. I love doing BBQ's at home(did one in the rain before we came away) but not my thing while away.
