Anyone ever use shutterfly or winkflash web sites?

Very new to digitial photography I ran across these sites, anyone ever use them??? I really was looking for someone to make a nice enlargement of one of our beach photos I just took, the prices here seem pretty reasonable.

I've used Winkflash and only them for nearly two years. Have never been disappointed with the results. Have ordered 8 x 10's several times and recently used their poster service to get a large poster made for our son's graduation party.

Their shipping can't be beat - 99 cents no matter if you order 1 picture or 500!! (This was not true for the poster size pictures), but for all other sizes.

I've used Shutterfly for the past couple of years. I really like the fact that they will backprint the photos with up to 80 characters of information. If you preorder 4x6 prints, they are 12 cents each. They occasionally have free shipping promotions as well as free 8x10 or 5x7 promotions. We've ordered a couple of thousand prints from them and have been completely satisfied with the quality.

I use 'em all the time, and they've always done nice work. Quick and cheap and good quality.

It's a good place to stash photos for online sharing, too.

I've only used Shutterfly only once but a simple order of a couple dozen 4x6 prints took 12 days to arrive. That's bad enough but customer service was not helpful and almost rude.

I emailed after 9 days of nothing showing up and was rudely told not to contact them until 10 days had elapsed. When my mailbox was empty the following day I emailed again and was told not to email until after the 10th day was up (I guess they were hoping I'd get 2 mail deliveries that day?)

They finally showed up on the 12th day and quality was fair, no better than what you'd get at the local WalMart or drug store. The postmark showed the prints were sent 5 days after their website showed they were sent. Customer service has yet to respond to my email questioning this.

I dont like being treated like an annoyance, and I dont like a compay that fudges their order information to hide their mistakes. This is one company that I wont be giving a second chance to.

Kodak's service (used to be oPhoto) is a bit more expensive but I've never had a problem with them and their quality blows others I've tried out of the water.
