I LOVE fitday and use it every day.
Actually I was just there and realized I hadnt eaten enough for today so Im now having another yogurt.
I found fitday I believe in 2002? maybe it was 2003. I lost 45lbs while entering my calories in/out. Now Im using it to maintain.
I use the personal goals for sodium, fat, calories.
I had been entering activities but not so much anymore. I do check the activities once in a while if my frequency changes just to make sure my calories in/out balance.
