Anyone ever upgraded from cat. 4 to cat 3?

Has anyone ever upgraded from a cat.4 to cat 3 for a 4 night cruise? Just sitting here dreaming about our upcoming cruise and wondering if I should call AllSeas just to find out the $$$. I'm sure it's incredible!!!

We were upgraded on a 3 night cruise before.....It happened a few days before we went....the bad news is.....we were to set sail on September 12th 2001 and of course on September 11th they had to hit the World Trade Center! We had to reschedule since they closed the airports.....

To make a long story short....we got to go that November, but had the cat. 4 then.....but there is a chance you can be upgraded! That is the good news!
