I know it can be done because I'm trying it today. Food so far:
4 oz cottage cheese - 2 points
1 ice coffee (made it myself w/1/2 & 1/2) - 1 point
6 oz. chicken - 6 points
veggies - 1 point (I always count lots of veggies as one point)
Dinner will probably be a lot of low fat protein (chicken) or fat free franks
I am convinced this can be done if you stick with low point proteins (chicken, turkey, fish).
Anyone ever try this successfully? Advice?
