Anyone ever try Airborne Formula?

I just picked up a pack of these tablets at the drug store. They're a vitamin/herbal supplement that's supposed to help keep illnesses at bay in crowds...like airplanes, etc. I'm just wondering if anyone has used them and feel that they really work...or has anyone suffered adverse effects from them?

I just got some, too. Was planning to try it starting next week. A friend of mine works in Trader Joe's where I bought it and she told me that people swear by it. Kids can take a half a dose so they will start it too next week and I'll tak eit on the cruise. I actually bought 2 bottles of it.
