anyone ever stayed at the Royal Plaza?

Has anyone ever stayed here? What do you think of it?

I am interested in this also. I just got a great offer for this hotel, but I worry about the transportation from the hotel. When I called they said the busses start running at 8:00. I am use to being at the parks for rope drop and wanted to confirm the busses will have me at the park in time. I also would like information on the pool. I read a couple of reviews that did not reassure me the pool would be clean and warm. Any one been here in the last month or so?

We split a stay at Royal Plaza and CSR. (DH had business at the RP)
Question on bus: seemed to have quite a line for the parks-spring break/Easter. We had a car and went to the "Other" theme parks during our stay here.
Pool: nice and warm DD-8 had a great time.

We did have an issue with our 1st room. TV system did not work. They changed us to another same view, another Premium Tower room. Enjoyed the fireworks from Epcot and MK from our window in evening.

Ask for the RP savings book on check-in. Contains several free intems and free meals and drinks you can use there.

We stayed here and it was nice - just standard hotel as far as the room goes. We didn't use the buses but they do have them. There also was Karoke at night in the bar area that a few people REALLY seemed to enjoy but we couldn't hear them once you got on the elevators to the room
