Anyone ever stayed at Crystal City Holiday Inn before flying out of Reagan/National?

We're considering a park & fly at the Crystal City Holiday Inn, and were just wondering what people who have experienced this hotel thought of it...comfort, safety, reliability of the airport shuttle, etc. Thanks for your input!
