Anyone ever seen a guest ignore their FP window?

For example, their 7DMT window is 8-9pm, but they show up at 2pm, and walk through the FP scan despite the blue light.

What happens?

I'm guessing the FP CM can't physically stop them, but they can call security.

"Sorry sir, you're coming with us, you're outside your window" :)

Anyone ever seen a really determined guest do this, and the result?

I've seen plenty of blue lights, and plenty of hold ups at the tap styles while a cm tries to explain they're not in their fp window. But I've never seen anyone push their way through regardless.

I wish there was an extra cm by the tap styes who could immediately move these people out of line while it gets sorted out. A few minutes with one person blocking the tap styles can really bung up the fp line.

No extreme situation as you noted but more so in the way of trying to arrive early. Most CM's will tell them they have to wait the 15-20 minutes until their window opens. I haven't really seen people completely miss their window and try to go.

I have seen lots of people show up 12 hours early not knowing it. Sorry - 9PM not 9AM is not good to hear. Only once did I see it get almost ugly. It was at Mine Train. There were a couple of cast members there, and they squashed it. Good for them.

I saw some really horrible behavior when I was there in July. For whatever reason, it seemed like every day I witnessed someone that missed their FP window talk their way into the queue. Some by as little as 30 minutes, one large group by as much 4 hours. They essentially bullied their way into the queue. As best I can tell, if you're willing to be loud and vocal about it, you can get your way. Wish this wasn't the case and CM's could stand up to @$$holes better.
This is exactly what I have seen on quite a few occasions.

We saw people just walk in. Maybe they thought it was the standby line? It's not that clear sometimes.

People scam their way in a lot. I've seen arguing their way in, slipping in while the CM was looking the other way, playing dumb and getting let in the FP line. It happens. I just accept it.

How did you know they didn't have a fastpass?

They were in the standby line for haunted mansion. The CM was busy with a group of 6 or 7 people. They just slipped thru. No pausing, no tapping. And the look of "we got away with it" They were no more than a few feet ahead of us. We were right behind the group the CM was busy with.

I have a friend who bragged to me that she did this- entered without a fast pass. Then she tried it on another ride and you had to tap your wristband at the other end too. They had already waited about 15 minutes and the CM made them rejoin the standby line.
She thought she was so smart to jump in and then felt so dumb for thinking Disney wouldn't have a way to stop that.

Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. It is a risk and there are too many who get away with it. But generally Disney does a pretty good job.

I’ve never seen anyone terribly bad but we were going into the safari fp and a group of about 6 people were in front of us and apparently four of the 6 had fp and when the last two tapped the bands the cm said they were way too early and the other four were like no no they are with us and the cm just rolled there eyes and let them through.
They bugged me the whole wait in line. You could tell they knew. I know I shouldn’t let it bug me..

We were at Peter Pan this weekend, in the fast pass line, a man and His small kids were behind us and tried to enter but lit blue on the scanner. The CM explained they didn't have FP for this ride and they needed to go in the standby lane. They went in the standby line, but then the man started pushing his kids under the rope into the fastpasss line while the CM had her back turned, and he came under too into the fastpass line- it was obvious he knew what he was doing. I was appalled. I told him that he must be confused and this was the fastpass line. Right about that time the second CM came over and made sure he knew he had to go back and stand in the standby line.

Geez, imagine teaching your kids that kind of behavior
