Anyone ever rent or have a Chrysler 300?

I got a really good deal on a Chrysler 300 rental from Dollar for our upcoming trip. We are 2 adults 2 kids with 2 pretty big luggages, 2 carry ons, and a foldable stroller. How are the trunk sizes and will we fit all our stuff? Thanks!!

I rented a Chrysler 300M from Thrifty last August.

I didn't think this was going to be a problem, but we barely just got all our luggage in. We had two large suitcases and three medium suitcases. If I had to get a stroller in ( Depending on how big ), I would have had to use the back seat.

It will be tight, there isn't as much trunk space as you would think. I was surprised. A Ford Tarus had more trunk space.

I am looking to rent a 300 in March. I have a rental through Dollar for $47.00 a day plus taxes etc. Is this a good rate or do you think I could do better? I used KISS2 and orlando Magic Card corporate code oi1054

We had one from enterprise this past July in Lousianna, and it was plenty room from 4 adults one being 6'3" and each had 1 big piece of lugage and a duffle bag, and we had no problem at all, we actually still had plenty room in the trunck, and my dbf which is 6'3" rode comfortably even in the back.

I rented one last December and was surprised at how small the trunk was. We were 2 adults and had 1 large suitcase each. We were able to just get the suitcases in the trunk and we had to put our carry-ons in the back seat. You'll probably be fine as long as you can put the carry-ons on someones' laps.

Thanks for backing me up on this..... I thought I was crazy. I remember the trunk being small for our needs, but the poster after me had me wondering if I was losing my mind.

I own a 300 and have also rented them from Dollar. the trunk is very large and should accomadate your luggage, but like any car you may have to play around with it to make it all fit. As far as interior room, don't worry. It's very big and very comfortable.

thanks for all your replies - I think we'll be OK - we'll just have to do some arranging of bags . I just wanted to rent something different because the last 3 times we've been to wdw we've gotten an SUV, and since we already have one at home, I though DH would like to drive something a little different.

3mickeymom - the rate I got was $188 for a week, plus taxes. We are going sept 30 - oct 6th so that may factor into the price. I used the kiss2 code only. HTH.
