Anyone ever rent from Judy/Harlan Olson?

We are considering renting one of their houses for our next trip and I was wondering if anyone had any first hand experience with them. They seem fantastic, and I've checked out the tax record sites, but I figure it can't hurt to cross my t's and dot my i's.

Hi Les,

Not yet, but we do have a deposit down on one of their houses for our May trip. So far we have been very happy. Judy has been very responsive to every question we have, even apologizing if it takes her more than a few hours to get back to me. Their policies are good and I was unable to find any problems with the taxes on the houses.

When is your trip? If it's long enough after ours I'd be happy to update this thread when we get back and give you the final verdict!

Thanks. We have a deposit down for October, so would love any feedback after your trip. Judy has been very responsive and seems wonderful. I checked the property taxes and county clerk records to confirm there's no notice of default filed from a mortgage company. Have a great trip!
