We're renting a home from 5 Star Vacation Homes June 11th. We're staying in the Platnium which is in Rolling Hills. I understand it is about 5 miles from Disney. The lady who owns the house and the rental company has been very professional and helpful. It is the first time I have ever rented a home and I was a little nervous about it, but so far everything has gone well. I'll let you know when I get back more details.

Hi,
We just got back from Rolling Hills. We rented the Platnium from 5 star vacations (www.justfloridavacations.com) The house and location were GREAT! We had a great time and really enjoyed the house and the private pool. It was very convenient to everything, esp. using the Sherbeth Road shortcut. The company we rented from was professional, the house was spotless and just as advertised. The particular house we rented had a lot of privacy. It was completely fenced and you could not see any other pools from our pool, which was important to me. Most of the homes in the neighborhood did not seem to have this amount of privacy, so if that is important to you, research and look at pictures.

Wow great to hear it! We are going Aug. 1 thru 11 how did you get to check in? Was it a lock box or did you have to pick up a key? Ill have to look up the name of our house but I am excited because of the room we will have - Is there a Sam's club close? Thank

The best accomodations we ever had was a home rental in Florida! The amount of space was amazing!!!!!! The kids loved the pool. A quick dip while fixed a meal! The proximity to Disney was great as well. And guess what? I did not miss using Disney transportation AT ALL!!!!

Our house had a lock box. Karen sent directions to the house and the code for the lock box prior to our trip. If you're staying in Rolling Hills, you'll love the location and convenience. Don't know about a Sam's Club.
We did our grocery shopping at Winn Dixie right up the street or Publix which is about a mile west on 192.

Thanks Bvc314 - I did find our paperwork and saw about the lock box I really want to find a Sams club there my son is dying to find the big dill pickles they carry in 5 gallon buckets he loves them (so do I) they are only in the south so we will hit one on the way down I guess- One more question was there anything you thought about when you got there and said "I shoulda brought that from home" - we are driving down so we tend to overpack - thanks

If you head east on the 192 you will come across a Sams Club just opposite Lake Cecile
