Anyone ever order from BrickTrainShopdotcom?

DS wants an older Lego set for Christmas. It can't be found in stores anymore and this site seems to be the most reasonable for used sets. Has anyone used them before?

I never used them but since my son is into Lego I went and looked. It is an interesting site. I never knew anyone sold just the instruction booklets.

It looks like there may be a few actual sets on the site but most are just for the instructions and do not include the pieces. So just be absolutely positive of what you are ordering.

After you posted I went back and read the description more carefully and I think you may be right. It sound like for that price you only get the instruction booklet. Boy, I would have been angry with myself for not reading more carefully!

Your welcome, it is a confusing site.

I bet it is a Star Wars set you are looking for. They like to do that, only have them out for a short time. I did notice that they are re-releasing a few sets this Christmas that had been sold out. It doesn't help for Christmas but if you watch Ebay after Christmas some of the outrageous sets come down in price since Santa has already came.

I try to make my DS pin point the couple sets he really really wants vs the ones he would like so I can buy those early because I learned the hard way scrambling all over looking. (and I am not an early shopper,just for legos!)

Yep, he really wants the 7675 AT-TE Walker. I'll search other avenues and avoid this site.

Do you know what sets are going to be re-released?
