No problem! This just happened to me a few weeks ago. I didn't even know I'd lost it until I called to make reservations one day and realized I couldn't find my card. After giving the usual security info (last 4 digits of social security #, etc.), she said "Oh, that's OK, we'll just send you a new card." I was too embarrassed to admit it was probably lying around this mess of a house somewhere. Sure enough I found it several days later, and now I have 2 cards. I guess lots of people lose their cards.
