My DH is just finishing laying down the new fiberglass vinyl flooring in the bathroom - it looks great, but, there are a couple of spots where you can tell where it was rolled up. He is not gluing the flooring down - just putting the moldings back up. Does anyone have experience with this flooring and do you know if the slight "wrinkles" from being rolled will relax so it's totally flat?

I think you're mixing up product names. Linoleum is not made with fiberglass.
There are vinyl sheet products that contain a fiberglass layer.

The fiberglass actually helps it to lay flat. I would leave the moldings off and wait for all the areas to flatten out. That way he can trim the edge if needed when it smooths out more.
