anyone ever have a prob. getting their webcetificate?

I cashed out at the beginning of March for a 10.00 webcertificate with my 1500 Mypoints. I never received the activation e-mail from Webcertificates.com and the points were subtracted from my Mypoints account. I e-mailed Mypoints multiple times about this problem, and the last e-mail I recieved from them said to contact Webcertificate.com customer servce. I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this problem?
 
Did you get an email saying you got your webcertificate? Just because they took the points out doesn't mean much for Mypoints. If you got an email, it may have gone to your junk email. One time I didn't get the email, but got another one saying something like - you haven't redeemed your webcertificate yet..... So hopefully you'll get that.
You might check with webcertificate to see if there's one out there waiting for you.
 
the exact same problem and MYPOINTS said to contact Webcertificate......I did tonight. My cashout was in the beginning of February.


Has this ever happened to you and if you did need to contact webcertificate how long did it take to be resolved.....I am 6 days from being considered an "inactive" account and I think they take $3 or something at that point.

I was hoping to get it in time....if not I guess I could go to the Disney store and buy Disney dollars but really wanted to hold onto this cash for awhile longer to buy tickets.....
