I cashed out at the beginning of March for a 10.00 webcertificate with my 1500 Mypoints. I never received the activation e-mail from Webcertificates.com and the points were subtracted from my Mypoints account. I e-mailed Mypoints multiple times about this problem, and the last e-mail I recieved from them said to contact Webcertificate.com customer servce. I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this problem?
