Anyone ever get free, hot water at the parks?

My mom hates cold water and even without ice in winter time it's too cold for her.

We'll be dining OOP; so, I was hoping for a few places that would accomodate us this way. I'm especially interested in QS places.

I was thinking it might work at Electric Umbrella and Sunshine Seasons at Epcot; because, you do your own beverages at those places.

Would I get charged for hot water?

Has anyone ever done this? I sure would like suggestions in all the parks. TIA
