No, it's a real estate, not a 'membership'.

It'd be like saying you own your house on Main Street, but you'd like to change it to the house on 1st Street.

It would require selling one and buying the other.

Unless I don't understand the question, I have 2 home resorts, OKW and BWV, I can make ressies at either at 11 months, or is this not the question? Regards, Rich

You can only use the points you have for that particular resort at 11 months. For example, if you own 150 OKW points & 50 BCV points, you could only use the 50 BCV points for an 11 month BCV reservation. You can bank & borrow if you need to increase the points available for that resort. At 7 months you could use the OKW points for a BCV reservation.

You'd have to sell and buy again, paying fees likely both ways. You're out of pocket costs on 200 points would likely be a thousand dollars or more if you bought resale and sold without a broker. What do you have and what do you want and why?
