Anyone ever book airfare through Travel Ally?

If anyone recognizes the name Clark Howard, you know he's a money saving guru who has a radio talk show and offers consumer tips on saving money. Anyway, I was on his website where there's a link to Travel Ally. So far, they have the best fares available for my travel dates. My question is, if anyone out there has booked travel through them, what was your experience? I'm thinking of trying them out. Please help, I need your opinions!
